And once again he fails at it. He decides that being on the student council will help her notice him so his idea is to get him and his two friends to be the three council members. The first hitch Hazard decides that it's not for him and drops out of the plan. So when they arrive at school Fish, Crack and this other girl in their class Lisa become the student council members.
