I Know Why the Caged Rhino SingsEpisode 4 of Season 1 of "Going to California" Show Stars: Brad Henke (Henry "Hank" Ungalow), Audrey Anderson (Claire Connor), Sam Trammell (Kevin "Space" Lauglin), John Mallory Asher (Insect Bob) Guest Stars: Keith David (Paradise), Joanna Garcia (Jennifer), Conchata Ferrell (Lucy), Steve Vernon (Roland "Rhino Boy" Conway), David Andrews (Dr. Washington) Still on their mission to find Cassidy, Space and Ungalow end up in Arkansas. They stop at a cafe, only to have every tourist tell them not to miss "the boy"- some mysterious thing that everyone should see. Along their trip they meet Paradise and Jennifer, stranded after their car has broken down. Jennifer is pregnant and is on her way to get an abortion before she gets married. Space and Ungalow take them to the clinic, only to find that the dotor is gone and that they will have to wait until the next day to see them. After Space puts them up in a hotel, he and Ungalow go visit "the boy". "The boy" turns out to be an ex-sideshow freak named Roland who suffers from many deformities and is known as "The Rhino Boy of Arkansas". The next day they accompany Jennifer and Paradise to the abortion clinic again. Space stays inside of the room with Jennifer during the procedure, only to pass out before it's over. They hold a funeral for the dead fetus and then it's time for Jennifer and Paradise to be on their way. Space and Ungalow end up going to visit Roland one last time and a fight with some of the locals ensues. Ungalow decides that he should give some money to help out Roland and his mother. She wants to move her son out to a place full of ex-circus freaks in Florida. While they are on the way to their next stop Space asks Hank exactly how much he gave the woman, but Ungalow won't disclose the actual amount.
