Our Sunshine State of AffairsEpisode 13 of Season 1 of "Going to California" Show Stars: Brad Henke (Henry "Hank" Ungalow), Audrey Anderson (Claire Connor), Sam Trammell (Kevin "Space" Lauglin), John Mallory Asher (Insect Bob) Guest Stars: Eddie Ebell (Eddie Latekka) , Sean Gunn (Joey "Fuzz" Fucetti), Evan Jones (David "Ikey" Eichorn) It's the day after the previous episode, and Space is having some major regrets about calling Claire and telling her that he loves her. While he thinks about what he's done, the phone rings. Space immediately knows that it's Claire calling him back, so he asks Ungalow to not answer. Unfortunately for Space, Ungalow answers the phone and hands it to Space. Claire tells Space that she's coming to Miami in order to watch a summer wear show for work. Space tries to convince her that coming is a bad idea, but she's set on visiting him in Miami. After Eddie finds out that Claire is about to go to Miami, he tells her that he loves her and asks her not to go. Claire is still set on going to Miami, so Eddie decides to go to Miami and fight for Claire. Both Joey Fuzz and Ikey agree that it's a terrible idea for Eddie to go to Miami. They think that the whole thing will blow up in his face when Space learns what has gone on between he and Claire. They decide to make the trek to Miami as well, but they will be going by cargo plane. They plan to stop Eddie from telling Space what has been going on while he's been gone. Space picks Claire up at the airport, and it's an awkward meeting. Once they get back to the hotel room, everything is fine until Claire tells Space that she knows that he slept with Lisa B. They get into an arguement and Claire leaves the hotel room. Ungalow talks to Claire and explains to her that she and Space weren't really dating at the time, so he didn't really cheat on her. After realizing that Ungalow is right, Claire goes off to find Space. When Eddie arrives in Miami, Ungalow sees him and realizes why he's there. Claire admits to Space that she has crossed the line with Eddie. Space is hurt and leaves to be by himself for a while. Later that evening, Eddie tells Space that he knows they can no longer be friends. He also says that Claire is not in love with him, she's still got it bad for Space. After talking it out, Claire and Space decide that it's time to see other people.
