CHARITY SHOP / PAPA LAZ: It's a bad day at the Charity Shop, starting when Vinnie loses a plastic bag (it floats out of the window) and ending when Vinnie, on her motor buggy, tries to retrieve the bag and gets impaled on some nasty metal railings. Poor Reenie is distraught at losing her friend, and has to find new help at the shop, which comes in the form of camp Keith Drop, formerly of Scope. But Keith had a dark secret, as an unsuspecting Brian Morgan soon discovers. Browsing in the shop, he recognizes a brooch he finds as belonging to his wife, who mysteriously vanished some time ago. As it transpires, Keith is actually Papa Lazarou in disguise, and tries to throttle Brian, only to be whacked over the head by Reenie with a frying pan. They tie him to a bed and hatch a plan to let him lure them to where Brian's wife may be, by letting him escape and then following him. But their trap turns out to be his trap, and they end up in his Big Top, where they discover what happened to Brian's wife: she's inside a tiger. Reenie ends up becoming a crocodile, and Brian finds himself inside an elephant, where he joins Charlie Hull and Bernice. Meanwhile Papa Laz, back in his Keith persona, advertises for new staff at the Charity Shop...

DOG CINEMA: Kenny Harris, driving force behind the Royston Vasey Dog Cinema, is disgruntled to learn that an old adversary, Dougal Siepp, is back in town. Years ago, Siepp used to be a projectionist at the cinema and wanted to branch out into films with other animals, cats primarily. A disgusted Kenny gave him his marching orders. But now he's back - and to Kenny's horror, he's turning the Royston Vasey Theatre into 'Dougal Siepp's Cat Theatre'. "The bastard's gone live!" gasps Kenny.

DEAN TAVALOURIS: Fancying himself as the David Blaine of Royston Vasey, useless amateur magician Dean Tavalouris, armed with a camcorder, takes his magic out onto the streets of the town. Faced with disinterest and OAPs with the attention span of a goldfish, Dean's day is a disaster. Things look up when he impresses a pair of young women in a cafe, only for their two thuggish friends to turn up, humiliate him, stub a cigarette out in his hand and steal his camcorder.

PAM DOOVE: When the actor playing the Nazi in the Royston Vasey Players' production of "The Diary of Anne Frank" pulls out, the part is given to Pam who is, not surprisingly, the most bizarre Nazi imaginable.

THE END: One month after the accident, all the storylines are wrapped up: Pauline and Mickey marry in church, and we see Ross is in attendance. They wave at him, and he waves back. Lance is, of course, dead, but we see Mike King reading a newspaper article on him, with the headline "He Died A Hero". Heavily bandaged and possibly unrecognizable, Geoff holds court in his hospital ward, keeping the visiting Mike & Cheryl, patients and staff, in stitches with his jokes. He can't quite believe how much of a hit he is now! Alvin and Judith happily throw a barbeque at the Windermere to christen the newly paved-over "Lawrence Llewellyn-Bowen Memorial Patio", which has sealed the secrets of the mass deaths beneath it. And finally, Barbara comes to the barbeque with her newborn twins, who have rather distinctive turned-up noses. "My beautiful babies," she coos...
