Tonight on Nashville Star, we will hear different music styles ranged from southern rock to bluegrass even some blues. two more contestants will be eliminated. And the show will have the company of celebrity guest will be Wynonna Judd. We were also joined by family members from Ft. Campbell, Kentucky, home of the 101st Airborne Division.

At the top of the show, Kristen Kissling was eliminated due to last week's voting. She informed us this is just the beginning for her.

Brandon Silveira started the show with another Merle Haggard, "I Think I'll Just Stay Here and Drink."
Judge Tracy Gershon told him he has good taste in choosing the right song, but she wants him to get out of his comfort zone.

Next was Amy Chappell singing, "Walk Softly on This Heart of Mine."
Charlie Robison said that she kicked butt on this song.
Tracy said her only complaint was that the song was too short and she wanted to hear more.

Brandi Gibson sang next with Charlie Daniels, "Drinkin' My Baby Goodbye."
Judge Tracy Gershon and Robert K. Oermann would like for her to "fine-tune" her performance with better use of dynamics.

Next, John Arthur Martinez who sang "Roly Poly" recorded by Bob Wills.
Judge Robert K. Oermann said that he'd loves western swing music and his performance.

Wynonna Judd offered her comments by saying she is proud to be part of country music. She is amazed at the talent that they have there and that there is heart and passion tonight.

Miranda Lambert came next and she performed "Texas When I Die."
Judge Tracy Gershon summed it up by saying, "In honor of baseball season, that was a grand slam!"
Next up was Travis Howard, performing the Dave Dudley "Six Days on the Road."
Judge Robert K. Oermann said, that he kicked the "stuffing" out of this song.

Nancy asked Wynonna to comment on what it takes to be a star. She said you have to have the gift and heart. "If you're not willing to play for nothing, go home." You have to be willing to work and have God's grace.

Jamey Garner was next and he sang "Rollin' in My Sweet Baby's Arms," along with playing the harmonica.
Judge Tracy Gershon said he has charisma.
Judge Charlie Robison commented on how well he played the harmonica.

Next to perform was Prentiss Varnon. He had a Bob Wills classic, "Milk Cow Blues."
Judge Charlie Robison said he wants to go back to Texas so he could hear that kind of music.
Judge Tracy Gershon said she loved seeing more of his personality and told him to keep growing.

Tasha Valentine was next, performing "Little Sister," her tribute to "the king of rock ‘n' roll and the love of my life, Elvis Presley."
Judge Robert K. Oermann was basically speaking for everyone when he said that she doesn't have the rocker in her.

Buddy Jewell was last with Lynyrd Skynyrd's "Gimme Three Steps."
Judge Tracy Gershon and Charlie Robison were glad he stretched his limits.
Judge Robert K. Oermann commented that he kicked butt in this song.

Wynonna Judd joined the contestants backstage before they discovered who would be eliminated. It was announced that Tasha Valentine is eliminated.

That's the end of this episode. Next week, we will see who else becomes eliminated and hear pop songs with a country twist.
