Farlowe convinces the brass that it is time for new methods with a different breed of cops. He pulls together the wildest and best of the Vegas force to form a super-secret strike force, he calls the North Town Narcotics Bureau, dubbed The Nasty Boys by local press. The Nasty Boys begin taking the drug dealers rings apart apiece at a time. Payday, the leader of one of the drug gangs, is not willing to simply wait and let the Boys come to him.
