ButterfliesFirst Aired in 1978 This is a British comedy that stars Wendy Craig (Ria Parkinson) as a mother and wife in the seventies that is getting a little bored with being just a housewife. Geoffrey Palmer (Ben Parkinson; later of "As Time Goes By" fame) playes her husband, who has spent the majority of his life working as a dentist and who is not exactly getting what Ria's problem is all about. Times are tough, many are out of work, including two of Ria and Ben's adult children, who live at home.
