Daphne in the Brilliant Blue

Summary: In the future, the global warming has led to a rise of the water level and make the Earth a water world. Mizuki Maia, a young student, shows great promise. Though hoping to join the Ocean Agency, which manages the resources of the sea, her hopes are dashed and her finances collapse when she is rejected. She ends up losing her home since she planed on moving into Ocean Agency when she got the job. Destitute and homeless, she finds a job and a new home with Neres, a private security and investigation agency.
