Heartburn HotelFirst Aired in 1998 Harry Springer buys a hotel in Birmingham after many years in the army. He bought the hotel in the believe that Birmingham would host the 1992 Olympics (Birmingham's bid failed). The hotel is named the Olympic Hotel . Harry is a rather angry fellow and not particularly nice to his guests. One of his guests, though, seems able to withstand Harry's violent behavior. Duggie Strachan, that guest, served with Springer in the army, and in most things (like politics) believes the opposite of Harry.
