Kath & KimFirst Aired in 2002 Kath Day-Knight should be the happiest woman in Fountain Lakes. She's a foxy, middle-aged lady who likes to keep herself trim, and she's married to her great hunk o'spunk, Kel. However, things could take a turn for the worst now that her daughter, Kim Craig (nee Day), and her husband, Brett, have indefinitely moved into her townhouse with their newborn daughter, Epponnee Rae. And then there's Sharon... tsk... poor Sharon. She's very unlucky in love, and accident-prone (having fractured her fibia five times). Still, Sharon is an extremely good-natured person, and a great second-best friend to Kim. Despite her own problems, Sharon is always there to make Kim feel better... you know, by comparison. The Kath & Kim theme song is Anthony Newley's "The Joker", and is performed by show star Gina Riley.
