Laura the Prairie Girl

The original title for this Japan cartoon from 1975 is "Sôgen no shôjô Laura".

It contains twenty six episodes (each lasts about 24 minutes) and tells story of little girl Laura Ingalls who lives with her family in a little house on the prairie.

Based on a autobiographical book by Laura Ingalls Wilder.
