Leaving L.A.First Aired in 1997 Leaving L.A. was a good show back in the spring of 1997. It starred Melina Kanakaredes as Libby Galante. This was her first leading role in a prime time series before she went on to star in Providence on NBC. It also starred a pre-Alias Ron Rifkin. And we cannot forget Hillary Swank was in this fine show also. From the Pilot: Life is just an intermission. It gets us ready for the real adventure.
