Masquerade Party

First Aired in 1952

On Masquerade Party, celebrities disguised themselves with silly masks and costumes. Contestants had to guess their true identities. During the original 1952 run, the show was aired on all the major networks. A total of six hosts and 19 regular panelists appeared over the years. The moderators included Bud Collyer the first year, next was newsman Douglas Edwards, and later Robert Q. Lewis. Bert Parks hosted the show during the final three years. This program was also revived for a short-lived syndication run in 1974.
