2000 Acres Of SkyFirst Aired in 2001 Abby Wallace is a single mum living on a East London estate with her two children Alfie and Charlotte. Abby sees an advert that would give her the kind of life she has always wanted... to live on Ronansay a small island near Scotland. Why advertise for a family to move to an island? The council will close the school in Ronansay unless three current pupils become five. Abby decides to take a chance.
