Misadventures of Sheriff Lobo, TheFirst Aired in 1979 SPIN-OFF of: "BJ & the Bear." In Orly County, Georgia, Sheriff Lobo is the lead defender and chief offender of the law. The corrupt sheriff is assisted in is schemes and misdeeds by Deputies Perkins and Hawkins. When the naive Governor visits Orly, he reassigns Lobo and the deputies to his crime fighting task force in Atlanta. So, in season 2, they report to Chief Carson. Lobo is forced to contend with his new coworkers, Sgt.
