Oh BabyFirst Aired in 1998 Tracy is a middle-aged woman in her 30's. She lives her life normally as her biological clock is ticking away. She wants to finally settle down, marry, and have children. Suddently, she realises that probably all of the women in the office are pregnant. So, she decides to become a sigle mother. The people supporting her are: Charlotte, Tracy's best friend who is a psychiatrist and she has been divorced already twice; her brother Ernie who would like to quit his unhappy marriage and go painting in the Europe; Celia, Tracy's mother who is no table to have a conversation with somebody without the word "I". This series aired on Lifetime for 2 Seasons and 44 episodes. It was one more of those shows that were possible to make a big succesion, but it was dropped after the second season. Since I made this decision to become a single mother, I've got a lot of thinking. In my generation of women grew up in some medium cave of age, And they practiced on us. I was told as a child That my goal was to be a mommy. That seemed right. Then, in rapid sucession I was better than man, The same as man, They were born equal. And equal to them, but different. Interesting, that after so many different paimail role models, My real goal is still to be mommy.
