Simple Life, TheFirst Aired in 2003 The Simple Life is a totally unscripted series starring everyone's favorite spoiled socialites, Paris Hilton and Nicole Richie! During the shows first season, Paris and Nicole got a reality check when they learned what it was really like to live among the middle-class as they moved from their posh Beverly Hills pads to the small town of Altus, Arkansas (population 817) for a one-month stay. Paris and Nicole were horribly inept at their jobs, which were the first they had ever had-including gigs at a dairy farm and a fast-food joint. But pretty soon they were up to their old tricks, picking up guys and causing mischief along the way, all in an effort to spice up the lives of their small town family and to win the hearts of the town's simple, kind-hearted residents. In the end, the girls survived the challenge, and most certainly served to prove that you can take the girl out of the city, but you can't take the city out of the girl! During The Simple Life 2: Road Trip the outrageous Hilton and Richie were again stripped of their cell phones, cash and credit cards and set off on a trip across country in their hot pink pick-up and air stream trailer. Departing from Miami Beach, FL, and ending up in Beverly Hills, CA, the girls had to navigate their way through a wild ride full of new jobs, host families, and small towns across the southern U.S. Now, the girls are back once again and are ready for their next challenge in The Simple Life 3: Interns.(Nicole Richie's final season) This time around, the girls will travel throughout the Northeast United States via Greyhound bus while visiting families and taking on an assortment of odd jobs from zoo keeping to Burger King.They will intern at a job for two days, on the second day they will be graded on their behavior and performance, from an A to an F (The girls average score) If they complete the job as directed they each receive $100.00 ( the managers deduct sometime... They even get fired! The girls stay with families each week and usually contribute by cooking a home cooked meal or preparing a sexy birthday night! This season the girls are really put to the test!
