Up the Elephant and Round the Castle is a sitcom starring Jim Davidson as Jim London who is out of work, a bachelor and quite a partier. However he has just learnt that he has inherited a Victorian terraced house "17 Railway Terrace" in the Elephant and Castle district of South London. However he finds that owning his own home is not all that easy.
