Derelict cars come to life transformed by a mysterious meteor into motorized monsters that suck th egas from other cars in order to feed their need for speed!

Only the motivators -- four teens also affected by the meteor -- stand between the villains and the planet run dry of precious fuel. Too old for bikes but too young for cars, they live for the day they can get behind the wheel. But now - after the cosmic events of the night of the meteor - not only can they drive a car, they are the car!

To save the day - they have to fight the night! Hopping behind the wheel with the cry of "Mission ignition!", the teen and the car become one - ready to battle with Tracula, Cardaver, Ambula and Automaniac - four of the wildest villains to ever burn up the screen!
